These winter travel destinations make for great unique vacations this time of year and many of them could be done over a long weekend from Vancouver. Like the one coming up in February. So here are a few suggestions for the best places to visit in Canada during winter.

 In a return to normalcy, Norwegian Cruise Line has dropped all travel restrictions effective October 5, 2022. This means that guests on Norwegian cruises no longer have to submit to COVID-19 testing, masking, or vaccination requirements. Norwegian is one of the first major cruise lines to do away with vaccination requirements and the first cruise line to get rid of all requirements, including testing.

Attention all travellers! Entering Canada just got a little more difficult. As of Tuesday, July 19, the Government of Canada is re-establishing mandatory random COVID-19 testing for anyone entering the country, fully vaccinated or not.
